***Translation**:*

Sands is telling us it's only a matter of time before the grossly incompetent Minnis-led FNM government is able to ***begin*** conducting a serious and proper testing plan to ascertain the extent to which COVID-19 has already spread on New Providence. And the operative word in my preceding sentence is ***"begin"***. They haven't even closed UB yet!

Like they did before and after Hurrican Dorian, Minnis and his fellow cabinet ministers have simply thrown their hands up in the air and left every Bahamian to fend for him or herself at a time of national emergency. Here we once again see Minnis not knowing whether he's headed east or west. In addition to having no sense of direction, he is much too easily overwhelmed and always confused. It's impossible to govern, especially in a time of crisis, when you sorely lack the leadership and management skills necessary to do so.

While marsh mallow headed D'Aguilar is worried by Trump's travel plan, the vast majority of Bahamians are worried about D'Aguilar and Minnis's gross incompetence. D'Aguilar and Minnis are primarily to blame for having foolishly put all of our economy's fragile eggs in one basket, i.e. the foreign owned cruise ship companies. And they did this for their very own selfish benefit!

Sands must be made to resign as minister of health. It all too clear that when it comes to our public healthcare system, he's there in name, and only for show. His handling of the impending COVID-19 crisis in the Bahamas has been shockingly unresponsive and irresponsible. The permanent secretary of the ministry of health should also be given a great big 'pink' failure slip and told to go home for good.

The only reason the Bahamas has not recorded a single case of COVID-19 is because the grossly incompetent Minnis-led FNM government has still not arranged for many Bahamians to be properly tested for the deadly virus. Never has the Bahamas had a government so incapable and unwilling to do anything right by the Bahamian people!

Minnis, D'Aguilar and others like them are always much too busy worshipping the foreign cruise ship companies and other foreign investors to be concerned about protecting the lives of Bahamians. It's why nothing has been done to improve our grossly inadequate and very dysfunctional public healthcare system. Minnis and his favoured cronies have demonstrated time and time again since May 2017 that they could not care any less about the lives of the most vulnerable in our society.

Why has the administration of UB not ordered that it be closed? What the hell is going on?

By the time the first UB student is tested and identified as being infected by COVID-19 it will be too late. By then hundreds and hundreds of students will have been infected and carried the deadly virus home to their families where the elderly and those suffering from pre-existing conditions like diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), heart disease and pulmonary (lung) disease will fall prey to the deadliest forms of infection by COVID-19.

> The Bahamas government pledged to do all it could to provide humanitarian assistance if the ship does arrive to this country.

Which one of our government idiots was given the authorization by cabinet to make such a decision that threatens the lives of many thousands of highly vulnerable Bahamians??!!!!!!!

The British High Commission in the Bahamas should be told to pack its bags and leave our country if they are strong arming our government on behalf of the UK government to allow this ship to dock and unload any of its passengers or crew. The owners of this ship have their headquarters in the UK, not The Bahamas. Furthermore, both the UK and US are much better resourced to handle the grave threat this ship poses. Our country has little or no resources as it is to deal with a widespread outbreak of COVID-19.

The US government has likely told the UK government in no uncertain terms that this ship will not be allowed to dock at a port anywhere in the US. So the UK government is bullying, yes bullying, the government of its former slave colony - the Bahamas - into making a very foolish decision to lend assistance in Bahamian waters and/or allow docking at a port in the Bahamas.

Doesn't the UK still have British Territories within the Caribbean region, e.g. the British Virgin Islands? Why hasn't the captain of this ship been told to steer towards one of those British 'owned' territories rather than putting the lives of all Bahamians at great risk???!!! why isn't the minnis-led fnm government doing everything possible to protect the lives of bahamians? why has our government opened the door to assisting this ship in bahamian waters and thereby placing the lives of many thousands of the more vulnerable bahamians in grave peril?!

Here we see the very greedy Sir Snake being most fearful that the government will borrow and spend all that it possibly can, resulting in the need for more unaffordable back-breaking taxes and fees to be heaved onto the overloaded backs of struggling Bahamians thereby leaving them with less in their pockets to be fleeced by his many price gouging enterprises like Shell Bahamas, Arawak Homes, Royal Star Insurance, etc., etc. LMAO
