A Navy man told me they are making a example out of Carnival. He said, this is a normal practice, the Navy ships do this all of the time. I personally don’t know.
If you can bring her here, St Jude’s hospital is great. They pay for everything, includes lodging and food for the family. They are the best children’s hospital I know of.
