The people of Bimini just need to sit tight, hold their mouth, and let government do what they are going to do. What the people of Bimini want is of no concern to government. They have a plan and thats all yinna need to know. Bimini people think their thoughts matter, PHSST!

Now that is funny, a PLP preaching about "rules". Don't you people make those up as you go, or at least your AG does. Birdie, I still want to know your true connection to the PLP because you just seem to have too much in the game, whats your cut, minion?

Truth, thank you Banker. To bad the Bahamas is more like Zimbabwe than Botswana.

One question for Miss Burrows, Would Not the initial Europeans that settled and stayed in the Bahamas (Eleuthera Adventurers 1648) actually be the closest thing to a real Bahamians we have today. They and their descendants have been here the longest after all. What say you?

The man does not even know the crime statistics in a country where he is supposedly the minister of National security, how the hell do you think he would know when the referendum (opinion poll) would be held?

Once again, What have these set done that makes them seem to think they are the answer to the Bahamas problems. I truly believe these old guard politicians are the problem. They have offered their service and they have failed. What about the same old, same old, do they think will change the failure this country has become under their supposed leadership? Thanks, but no thanks. stay where you are, and lets get some new blood that may have some morals, ethics. and honesty.

A question for Birdie. If all of these men and women are SO upstanding and smart why is this country in such poor shape. Our education system is a failure, D students do not bode well for our future. Crime is out of control. There are no jobs and the middle class is slowly eroding. Our infrastructure is a joke, BEC is the poster child of neglect. What can you honestly say the government of the Bahamas has done in an exemplary manner in the last forty odd years? Give me one example of our government doing something, anything world class, that has been without a hint of corruption or scandal, PLP or FNM? Give me one example of our government managing anything in a professional manner, Bahamasair? Roadworks? What? Be honest with yourself and really tell me what it is that makes you think these people REALLY have the best for OUR country first and foremost in their heart?

Oh to be so innocent and gullible. I wish I could return to those days. Sadly I got educated and went out into the real world and was exposed to the rotten underbelly of politics. The politicians love the likes of Birdie, she is their bread and butter, hook, line, and sinker. One of those that even if the truth slapped her in the face would not believe it as she "knows" better. "Not my sweet son, he would never hurt a fly", "but he is in church every Sunday", He is such a good boy". How many times have we heard that from some unsuspecting lady that has no idea in the world what really is going on?

The simple truth is our MP's are breaking the law, they are criminals. The other simple truth is the fact that no one is enforcing the law. The AG ends the rules at will for those she wants to bend the law for. This country is a corrupt cesspool, no question about it. And they wonder why Bahamians have no respect for the law, all they need to do is look in the mirror!
