It is hard to be in the "top 50" when your extortion is so high. How much does it cost for a meeting? How much "lunch" am I going to have to buy. Who "must" I see before any inkling of an investment can be made?
Why would rich Bahamians invest in their country when they KNOW they will be hindered, thwarted, and buggered by their government at every turn. Look how long it takes a Bahamian to get approvals compared to the Chinese and you will understand that the Government of The Bahamas is the problem and the reason that not one person with sense wants anything to do with this country. Wake up Bahamas, those that supposedly lead this country are killing The Bahamas!
Stop LYING you corrupt piece of S#!T. The pain and suffering you have put on the Bahamian people needs to be repaid to you many times over. There are no extra jobs and the jobs available are those of low quality, maid, yard man, if you lucky waiter or bartender and that is if the Philipeenoos ain't got them wrapped up. This government is the enemy of Bahamians there is no doubt about that!
Once again this government is going to reward bad behavior, I guess you help out those most like yourself. The people who have and will continue to pay their bills are the ones that will pay for these 3000, BEC/BPL our bankrupt, mismanaged, power company will just tack on a couple cents more for us the honest ones to pay. Bend over honest Bahamians, you are getting F#@ked again!
Where can one donate to this young mans campaign? This is exactly what our country needs, dedicated, driven, young persons taking a leadership roll. Watch out for the demons who will try and corrupt you, they have no want for change but this country MUST change or self destruct.
Birdie, I as well voted yes in the gambling referendum that became an opinion poll once the government and their money men were told to roll out. After that betrayal by the corrupt PLP government why in the hell would I waste my time to vote? This government is disgusting, vile, and repugnant! They have harmed The Bahamas to no end for their personal gain. No better than any demon that came before, actually worse.
Mr. Pinder wants to save a middle class that has already died. Those that have not left the country are trying to figure out how and the rest of us are just holding on for dear life. This government has taxed the blood out of us and not cut any expenditure. There are no jobs, prices have gone ballistic, crime i out of control, there i NO hope right now. The government is the problem. Tell us how you will sort that out first then we can talk about the finacial sector. WHo are you going to put in jail for corruption, tell us that and we might listen.
The fact that the Dominicans fired upon the RBDF shows the level of contempt they have for Bahamian law enforcement. They think the defense force is a JOKE and not to be taken seriously. This is what you get when you enforce your laws in a slipshod manner. Why did the defense force NOT sink these pirates? The Dominicans are laughing all the way to the bank with precious Bahamian resources, how does a country that has destroyed it's own fishery sell lobster cheaper than we do? This is just another failure by our government that has been going on for decades. The level of management by our government i so poor it is a wonder they manage to wipe their ass!
