Why anyone would pay a union $10 a week of their hard earned money is beyond me, especially Bahamian unions with their donkey dumb leaders. What a waste of hard earned money.
There are about 400,000 Bahamians, why are these 2000 so important? This is a political move but what the government does not understand is the people of the Bahamas have made up their minds. This government MUST go, period. Perry and his band of thieves have proven themselves to be kleptocrates and more interested in amassing personal wealth than managing and improving our country. F#(k the PLP they are the plague!
What choice will the government have? FDI is going to dry up after the Baha Mar fiasco, Cuba is going to eat a large chunk of our tourist dollar, and cruise ship will start to divert to greener pastures. Where will we get the U.S. dollars to afford our 3 billion dollar a year import bill. We import almost everything, good luck with that, the snowball has just started rolling downhill. The Bahamas is going to switch places with Cuba, watch!
The politicians are complicit in the poaching, Bahamians are involved but we all know that if you are high enough in the political area you can do as you please. Corruption will kill this country sure as the day is long.
Why is the defense force tied up at Kelly Dock. What a bunch of second rate morons, this is when the poachers are most active, Foreign and Bahamian. Season opens in 3 days and I saw 3 shinny new boats just looking pretty in Nassau Harbour. What dumb ass is running operations? Grade school children could be more organized, what a bunch of amateurs.
And so it starts. The credit agency's are starting to beat their drums. The PLP party will last until the BOOM, which will be a big bust and the credit agency's start to make the rules, fun times ahead.
This is FAR from over, there is no doubt that it will make itself to the Privy Council and then we shall see who is in the right and who is in the wrong. For the government to say they have not taken sides is an outright lie. It is obvious that the government is on the Chinese side and it is also obvious that this is a hostile takeover that the Government is involved in. This country is in for some hard times that is for certain, the outlook is bleak!
Government touted Baha Mar as our savior, looks like it is more like a nail in our coffin. Baha Mar and the fiasco it is will be Perry's legacy just like drugs and drug runners are SLOP's legacy. Oh how proud they must be!
