They were the only ones with the money to go to Florida, everyone else had to go back to work to try and make something to go buy groceries! That's why there was such a backlash on the 2nd lockdown, as there wasn't going to be no repeating, from the first, as it appeared to be. The ones who were to be punished were not!!!
