Meaning, once a hurricane warning is posted, the government needs to make law to make it mandatory for all agencies to close and preparations be in place. This school closing at noon is ridiculous when parents have to pick children up. Who watches them when the parents go to work. How can the government tell you to prwpare when you are still at work?
