exactly, just look at Florida. Florida has the lowest rate per capita and it has been open from day one with minimal effect on business' compared to california.
Can't imagine Bahamians saying they are broke, but can find 27% on top of the crazy prices in the restaurants. I cannot see how restaurants are still in business.
Best practice? Wow, this is crazy. You are taxing the people wjom voted you in. Why did you guys not mention that you wete going to put VAT on breadbasket items? I really dont think you would have gotten all those votes. I do not like jow you guys swung us in regards to the 10% decrease. We tjougjt it meant 10% decrease and not an added tax. You decreased by 2% on some items and.increased to 10% on other items. This is tricky.
Well, I agree. Nothing is expensive , if you want it. If you do not want it, it now is expensive. We all have to make choices, that is the cold reality. We all cant live in Albany. Wr must accept what life gives us or try to do better. Being envious of someone elses hard work is not productive.
Did he say this on the campaign trail? He said he would lower VAT to 10% , but did he speak about adding it to other items that were VAT free? I dont like this kind of politics.
According to the newspaper, Nygard deposited around 90,000 into his american bank account. According to the article, he said the moneh was for his constituents. Why would Nygard send money to an american bank account when he can send it to a bank in the Bahamas? It really makes tou wonder.
Peomotions with what money. Every governmental employee needs to get a 20% pay cut. We have no money. Why do we.keep spending ourselves into oblivion.? This is ridiculous.
