over 100 million in revenue? Wow, that is insane. Are Bahamians dishing that much out annually? We need a national lottery , and we will make many winners millionaires. Imagine the jackpot being 20 million every 4 months, a school teacher, a policeman, a nurse and a sanitation engineer all won the 4 jackpots within a year. Next year, the same thing happens. All of these winners now will invest in houses, schools , businesses in the Bahamas. This is what we need . This present system , only two people are getting rich and richer, Bastian and Fox .
what is a liveable wage in the bahamas? That is a joke. What is a liveable wage for a single parent ,or a single parent with three kids? Bottom line is, it is very expensive to live in the Bahamas , and all of us need a liveable wage which the government can not afford to give us. let's see, $200 a week in groceries, electrical bill [ AC burning all night, $700 a month, water bill per week$ 50-200 . Car and all of its cost, supplies for child or children in school. It will be interesting to see what a liveable wage in the bahamas is and how they derive it.
This headline is something else. Would it have been better to be shot on the eve of christmas or easter. You are.too dramatic. The gentleman was shot, period.
not disappointed, of course you are not disappointed. you wouldn't be a politician if you were. You guys know what to say and when to say it. You said by the end of last week. you must be disappointed in your comments , then.
Democratic view point. Reward people for breaking the law. We do jot have a.civilized society if we do not honour the law of the land. Tou cannot criticize someone for apparently breaking the law when it is applied to some and not others. Sell their property and pay the taxes.
Third world mentality? I humbly do not think so . This is the type of thinking that is happening in the first world America. You can vote without confirming whom you are, don't need an identification, people just walk across the border and get full benefits. No, this is first world thinking.
