Who is going to lay pay for PPE's? A box of surgical masks is not cheap , and i am sure teachers will waste them , much more, students. I can see it now, a teacher or student pulls ojt one mask and three fall on the ground. The tax payer has to pay for each mask because the parents in the public school do not want to contribute a dime for there many children's education. To them, they are entitled to waste other people's money.Who cares when someone else is paying.

ok, 62% effective after the second dose. Pfizer and Moderna are 90% effective after doses. The FDA will not look at the Oxford vaccine until April to put their backing behind it. We are looking at a Vaccine Passport. If the FDA does not approve the Oxford vaccine, then our Vaccine Passport will be no good. We will still have to pay for the PCR or Antigen test in order to travel to the USA. Someone please add logic to taking the Oxford vaccine.
