Yup , the government wants landlords to take a bit. Did the government say anything about those same landlords not having to pay Real Property Tax or reduced Property Tax at the end of the year. If not , Mr. Bethell had not thought it through.

The government should have given notice , is only have of the solution. The other part is, we need to think and use or logic. I would suggest that the word " foreign", in regards to our international residents and friends is a bit offensive to them. It is because of " foreign" people that we have money in the country whether tourist, worker or resident. I object to you calling them an offensive term. I thank every "foreign " tourist that puts money in our hands, every "foreign" worker that has to pay for a work permit, and every " foreign " individual that has legally made my home their home. Yeah, because this is the 10th pandemic that we have seen in recent history, right? All of you , take a chill pill. It sounds like all of you have a great solution.
