Mikey Halitosis cannot for the life of him, figure out that when someone offers you money, there has to be quid pro quo. Mikey thinks that quid pro quo is a fancy new seafood dish. He thinks that when prostitutes get money for selling front, that the money is a gift and an opportunity. He doesn't realise that he is prostituting Bahamian sovereignty for Chinese investment. But as long as his pockets are being filled, he really doesn't care. Patriotism, like truth is dead in The Bahamas. The PLP killed both.
Sigh, some people need to open their small minds instead of their big mouths. Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events and small minds discuss people. Your PLP support has atrophied your brain.
There is absolutely no way that you are a minister of religion. There is too much hate and racism in your heart. You have a chip on your shoulder and one in your eye. I expect better from someone who preaches The Good News. Mene Mene Tekel Peres.
Holy Crap -- I went to look at the jobs that they are advertising. There are a few interesting tidbits that jump out at me.
First -- they are hiring canine patrol dog handlers to patrol the perimeter premises of Baha Mar with guard dogs. WTF? How are guests going to feel being in a compound patrolled by guard dogs. Here is the link if you want to be a gulag guard with a killer dog strapped to you: https://applyonline.bahamar.com:8443/ap…
I looked at the IT jobs. They are advertising for iSeries software guys to power the resort. iSeries is IBM mainframe AS/400 computers that were designed in 1988. Yes a few banks and insurance companies used them. I remember Colina trying to get off the old mainframes AS/400s and it took them several years. You would think that a new resort would have the latest and greatest in server and computers. But no, they are advertising for Windows engineers and Linux engineers. It doesn't sound like a very modern IT department.
Other jobs included aquarium people. My goodness, are they trying to emulate Atlantis.
Doesn't sound like they have very modern infrastructure. One would think that casino operations would have an Analytics department, a vast array of servers driving everything from security to Big Data processing and modeling. Instead, it looks like a Mickey Mouse operation.
There was no place to book a holiday, no was there any information for customers -- like room types, or packages. Opening soon, my ass! On top of it all, the name Baha Mar is poisoned, having burned so many travel agents and tourism companies, that even if they were advertising for customers, they have a bad reputation already for not being open. This is really a Potemkin Village built on the cheap.
It was HAI who introduced the constitutional equality on his own volition. It was HAI who introduced the Third Pillar concept that would have put us on a different trajectory over a decade ago. HAI was a decent man and a good leader. He renovated New Providence after years of infrastructure neglect. But since your mind is made up, I know that it is impossible to change it. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him think.
>He must really think he's important if he thinks the PLP cabinet are stone deaf.
Nope. The PLP cabinet are stone deaf because they think that Bahamians are unimportant. Bahamians to the back of the line please. Chinks, front-sellers and PLP warts to the da front.
The ad hominem remarks take away from your credibility. HAI was the best PM to date. Your attribution of 50% of the debt is incorrect. He was facing massive infrastructure upgrades after decades of kleptocracy with an empty treasury.

Last I heard, she doesn't even live at home -- either with her mum Trixie next door (if she is still alive) or with her daughter in Atlanta.
