The information posted here is incorrect. The flight had just left Nassau in route to San Salvador when suddenly the cargo hole door flew open. This door is connected to cabin of the aircraft, 3 pieces of luggage were lost, nobody was hurt, just traumatized. The amazing thing about the whole situation is Bahamasair told the passengers that they are not responsible, because it was not their aircraft. If I buy a Bahamasair ticket and they downgrade the flight and sub it out to another company and something goes wrong they are accountable as well, because my ticket says Bahamasair not Pineappleair. I believe they owe those people an apology.
