I doubt many of the people making these decisions have the ability to run a lemonade stand nor be trusted to do so. It really is a sad situation when we are governed by such people. How these people got to work in these positions and I am not talking about the politicians is beyond me. That is the real crime and root of all the corruption and incompetence in this country. Cant make it in the private sector or real world? Just try to get a government job and you set for life no matter how corrupt or incompetent you are. They will find a desk for you somewhere. When you finish your breakfast breakfast for the hour from 10-11am and 130 to 3pm before you leave to go pickup your kids from school.
Maybe they can view all the cruise ships in Nassau Harbour. I wonder how much carbon they will burn flying here? Meanwhile us plebs are told to stop eating meat, going on vacation, and driving our car. Of course if we pay enough of the right taxes coming out of our pockets climate change will cease to exist. Headline should read 200 of the biggest scammers in the world coming to visit Nassau.
I know one thing if they make that digital voters card mandatory that will be the last time I vote. They can stuff digital ID where the sun does not shine.
All that comes to mind when reading this is bureaucracy, red tape, and more government agencies and workers whom allot have only half a brain taking control of your life. Allot of this stuff sounds good until it happens. And the red team is not any better. Not really trying to be political.
The online and digital payment options in this country are horrible. The amount of time it takes to add and remove signatories from a bank account and sign up and remove employees from online banking systems is atrocious. Payroll options are horrible if available. There are many times a business still uses checks for this very reason. It is so much easier and faster to deal with. I for one have never been robbed of cash or been victim to check fraud but, I have had credit cards, atm cards, and online systems hacked and compromised. These people are just fools trying to keep up with fashion.
