Tuxedos and ballroom dresses next election to enter the polling booth. Slippery slope here. Could easily fall off. If they are not in contravention of the law how can you deny access to a public office? Sounds like a lawsuit in the waiting.

I don't understand. We paid 65 million to buy this hotel to save jobs (charity). Now we laying people off and paying severance packages (charity). And now these people want to fleece their fellow Bahamians and neighbours for more money? This is not the governments money. This is my money being taken out of my pocket. I used to feel bad for the economic situation in Grand Bahamas but after this l say 30% VAT for Grand Bahama so they can have more of the "government money". Take it out if your own pocket.

Seriously a consultant company to tell us why BPL bill so high? We might as well just give up now. There is no hope. 100% VAT won't even be enough for our government.
