Normalcy bias, or normality bias, is a cognitive bias which leads people to disbelieve or minimize threat warnings. Consequently, individuals underestimate the likelihood of a disaster, when it might affect them, and its potential adverse effects.
Government and government related salaries and perks should have been cut from the beginning of the pandemic in March. The Bahamas is suffering from normalcy bias and fails to realize that no one is coming to rescue us; the vultures have already sized us up, and it is now only a waiting game before the onset of merciless pillage. Yet the government acts as if we are still under normal world conditions. No one is going to save our lives and we are going down for the last time.
perversion: 1. a type of sexual behaviour that is considered unnatural and unacceptable 2. the process of changing something that is natural and good into something that is unnatural and wrong, or the result of such a change
inversion: 1. formal the act of changing something so that it is the opposite of what it was before, or of turning something upside down (=the bottom is on the top and the top is on the bottom)
deception: the act of deliberately making someone believe something that is not true ⇨ deceive
Demonic possession: ...specifically, one or more demons are said to enter a living or dead human or animal body or an object with the intention of using it for a purpose, normally evil but sometimes instead as a punishment or test.
We are truly living in the underworld ran by uncaring arrogant demons. We are experiencing unprecedented unemployment and business closures. The hotels are at occupancy levels so low that no one says what they are. First world countries are in turmoil and their citizens' movements are being restricted. So realistically we can not expect any real money inflow until maybe mid 2022 - yet we callously commit the country to loans that are unpayable under the current world conditions and the foreseeable future. Normalcy bias is real and college degrees do not cure it.
Just like the Russian revolution the Chinese revolution was also funded by financiers. Governments are the muscles of the financiers. A change of master is just a change of which muscle pushes us around.
"Getting through this together is our only solution". I agree with that sentence; however that type of cooperation should have emerged nationwide since March of this year. We are now at "the precipice of a very incredibly difficult period that we unfortunately are ill-equipped to navigate" and the evil haves are still preying on the unaware have-nots. First world countries are leading the way in turmoil, lockdowns, and general chaos. Since we are dependent on them for our income and food we are simply out of luck, and we are firmly in the hands of our financiers who apparently with jubilance eagerly enforce austerity. We are now fubared for years to come.
Be wary of any person who incites, because we do not know that person's agenda or whether the person is an agent. Riling the population and putting forth contentious debate are ways to engage and distract from what is truly taking place. The Bahamas is a member of the UN and a member of the Commonwealth of Nations, and any policing help we need would speedily be given by foreign armed (peacekeeping-policing) forces. Lockdowns are worldwide and are part of a greater agenda.
There used to be an oil refinery in FreePort that was basically ran by Bahamians. Is it possible that those Bahamians were born with a natural gift for running that oil refinery, or did they get the proper training to run it? Our local greedy profiteering fisher-folk should engage in nation building instead of pillaging our seas to our detriment. What they are doing can be compared to giving voter cards to non-citizens to win an election not caring about the long term effect of disadvantaging the nation.
