Some cheques might be deposited to the bank leaving copy of cheque clearing.....normal procedures is for teller to have narrative names etc on the account statement ......but some cheques be be converted to cash at the work site an if destroyed....have to go back to payroll, payments office work hopefully having record...an if not missing....Given the checks an balances all destroyed then it seems more circumstances seems wilful ....an seems persons held respondibility according to roles they are legally responsible.
