There is poor or in many cases no resolution when aggreived persons have commercial...disputes..,,!!....and unless .....you have money .....to hire big time lawyer for years an years.....nothing happens......there are also no financial ombudsman.....no financial consumer protection bureau......no financial regulatory agency for individuals.....and....many lawyers will say its a conflict for them to go up against a bank......knowing they might be likely to ....not ...get any future business.....PLUS......banks have teams pf lawyers to streatch it out all the way to the PRIVYCouncil......many pore Bahamians with dispute with bank...insurance companies...too pore to find lawyers........Businesses have to have money for lawyers....many investors just see dispute in courts for years an years....!!!!
