Understood the entire housing market is in a dilemna not only for those who are seeking ....but also those who have just stepped into their new homes and finding disposable income .....will be reduced by govt taking away more in increased VAT...and extremely precarious almost certainty that those who qualified on the margins...45% all loans and 55% to meet projected bills and living expenses who qualified and were approved anf just stepped into their homes....Also in a precarious position are those who even after the many years of repaying and started families now having to deal with even more added VAT taxes...especially when incomes do not increase....GIVEN that it is unlikely in the near forseeable future for VAT taxes to be reduced....it is time that builders archite ts start looking at ways to build cheaper...look at using prefabs....innovate...start communities on less expensive Andros land and commute to Nassau by ferry...half hour or less by speedboat...years ago Papa wanted to start a new city over by that land by South Beach Police Staton....just aint no sense waiting for taxes to get smaller in the near future..?

The amount of damage of strip mining, indescriminate tiefing of massive stock of variois species of seafood....is fargreater than can be imagined as research already shows how complex these web of interconnected relationsljips that exist in the ocean....when crawfish is overfished it affects other species, which affects others...
These fines and jail times even increased...are still paltry as there cannot be a price when these stocks are wiped out and grand, great grandchildren and future generations will not enjoy having crawfish...and who knows how many benefits from other species we would have sometime in the future come to benefit from....but llost along with crawfish...

As long as any Board..... politically appointed to any Government agency is there..... to ensure that the political directorate policies, initiatives snd plans are carried out,........ then that is a ..recipe for disaster.......common semse.....when appointed persons with professional skills, members of professional bodies.....are mandated to /required to ......carry out political plans, initiatives, policies of political party........... ...So far I nominate only one Board Appointed member for a National Highest Honour for having recognized dis ....corondrum....and promptly resigned sometime earlier from a well known conyroversial finamcial Board he was appointed..............its time prefessionals recognize dis corondrum....in embarassing themselves with years of schooling successfull professional practice...for 5 years political appointment.....and next election some new govt with different board appojnted professionals do the rrverse political policy.....or how could all professionals continue to do the same money losing or ineffectual tings....if you cant cry.... mightaswell.... laugh.....

These shantytown structures which have been built without lawful rules regulations, or certified sound of any risers plans are unsafe and many can be seen to be unsafe just looking at photographs.

Conditions for little children and all others no matter what legal status in these unsafe death traps must be immediately evacuated or rescued.

Before any Hurricane, tornado , flooding along this low southern coastal atea these residents must be evvacuated as it is likely all possible govt resources will have to be diverted to their rescue.

human rights people if they truly know the conditions of these illegal shantytowns would be trying to evacuate and looking for better coditions for their safety and well being ,...instead of trying to prolong their stay in these shantytowns..?....

Somehow our policy of apprehension or defence of our territory enables poachers decimating fishing and ocean assets, illegal migrant boats repeatedly penetrate borders wooden boats unlit nighttime endangers shipping...endamgers themselves, drug boats .....The policy of protecting our waters.....needs to evolve.....needs to incorporate an air wing with light planes......light arms.....to cover large swathes of ocean quickly.....and report back.....enabling best use of types of naval vessels to triangulate best base from which to dispatch fastest vessels to intercept ....Defence needs to incorporate Radar and surveillamce balloons....our ocean space needs to be mapped out and defence apprehension checkpoints fixed to maximize enable best use of resourse to defend territory... An AIRWing of dozen plus planes capable of 2-400 knots needed...proactivve rather than reactive is needed.
