The Nations Public Hospital not making enough money because of alleged wrong doing should best be a motter of the internal auditor controllers be fired for slackness or people planning, doing what is needed to run the institution to succeed...!!!
Internal matters being broadcast why not certakn things are not being done...undermines the efforts majority of those diligent hospital workers...its image ...going forward....instead of airing dese matters publictly.....internal slackness must be dealt with prompltly....not dis like the long drawn drag out story like the patients winding up living at the hospital using up services depriving the needy....deal with the slackness like how doctors cut out the paients bad infected parts an throw the diseased parts out...so da patient can survive..!!!!!!......

Da Mall needs to hav its own Mall Cops Security Force to patroll dere own businesses and private property area.....an lets the Bahamian taxpaying RBPF Royal Bahamas Police Force .....be patrolling pore Bahamian areas where there is none or little ......its time these private businesses get their own Mall Security ......or hire more private security force...

Freeport is I bellieve the largest perfect created newest city in the Caribbean having defied efforts to bloom ...and with daily sea air travel to US...could have been perfect..... satellite offering....advantages in business not available in US.......many persons for instance live in Hollaand and worrk in UK and travel back on weekends...Americans, Mexicans,,

@Madhatter......on the finished mortgage docs......on finishing your loan....you are expected to get a printout of your Real Prprty tax receipt to show that nothing is owed to the govt as sny amount represents a first charge ......next your officer would have you make the payments for the receipt or Satisfacton which will be attached to the mortgage document and this new document has to make ghe rounds of being stamped amd recorded and the search records of anypne looking afterwards will see that the document has been Satisfied or finished.......this process takes some time.....In the course of a 20 to 30 year mortgage any lender goes through a number of changes with storage of a huge area of documents moving. Sometimes sometimes well accidents happen and one title document could have a huge bundle of documents in the chain.....this bundle and other searches is what the lawyers have to go through to get what is still an opinion on title to give some assurance that the bank can lemd againsr it......And apart from an opinion, lawyers will also do a disclaimer that searches of the govt areas they are not fully sure but nevertheless they may state blah blah....Absolutely incredible lending institutions have billons of dollars loaned against this system.....along the way number of things may go stramge affecting your property value etc... including shantytowns...encroachment...one day bank may be holding property valued.....etc opinion.
