Da Central Bank must be capable of investigating all suspicions of wrong doing among all the commercial banks...da offshore banks...financial institutions...
It has been well known dat the BoB bank was pperating without meeting all the international requirements of having tier ratios for awhile...
It has been published that the local bank alleged to be accepting then unauthorized web shop gambling deposita when the other Canadian banks have policies against taking gamnling money...
It has been known that the loacal bank was suing the Central Bank but government intervention and deposits of taxpayers money stopped the suit...and govt also majority owner of local bank and BISX stock trading market where other banks who follow rules also have shares on market....and other banks have majoroty foreign ownership overseas.?
It has been known and followed basic lemding policoes by all banks and when major defaults occur it is relatively easy for any banker to investigate cause who and why these loans were given and who authorized them....
In light of loss of correspondent banks and derisking ..the Bahamas can certainly do better..!!!
