The majority of the Bahamians voted no to the Referendum on approving web shop gambling as God fearing citizens with deepest respect and honour for Our Almighty Lord and Savioir Jesus Christ....... And the governing party went against the democratically held Referandum. voting NO...Many of us stood in line in Polling stations at Church halls looking at the Cross of Our Lord...... under which persons were pulling straws for his garment and voted NO....noone is mightier than Our Almighty Lord and Saviour.

....as part of the nomenklatura...the same fixed group of bureaicrats and politicians....no matter which new govt the people chooses....there are still there linked like W&S executives and politivian in Exuma.

The people who suffer are those who are the least able to fend for themselves. Paying a larger portion of VAT on survival than the wealthier and precious resources diverted from creating opportuniyies...for all
Sadly further benefits they could have had to better their lives are now being found in blatent corruption.........despite supporters trying to not have investigations....and this is not to say that fraud does not exist on both sides.

Given the large mega deals that arise from possibe foreogn direct investors which ideally if perfect is a quick fix for politicians to a number of challenges....for any political party in power...and it will appear to always generate threats, and bad mouting from whosoever is the opposition......what should happen in the interests for the entire country is just like the appropriation of senatorial positions.....both parties should have an investments council made up of both sides and other experts to sit and thrash out and put together the nest possible deal for the nation....
