Suggest it is better to have controld to manage the msny varibles for first time homeowners. Suggest govt put out to tender construction of working hurricane structurally fuinctoonal homes and performance bond. One or two large builders getting economies of scale to get homes siccessfully finished ptoduct than many grandiose incomplete structures....people alwyys try to get the most for the least....and which may mot be thd right formula....
Where there are rats there should be roaches etc. The job of sanitizing rodent control is a continuous one garbage, biohazard, sharps etc and must have permanent staff to control....the buck has to stpp somewhere and someone is respondible!!! Whosoever respondible should be FIRED for incompetance, negligence and endangering the well being of patients not to mention the enormous costs involved in operating crucial equipment where negligently being made inoperatable could....... result in critical care not being delivered to Bahamians, tourist, others. Given the archepelago from top walkers down to Turks border the Bahamas has some eastern border of atlantic ocean some 500 miles of Atlantic ocean border underutilized fishing resources. Baffling with such enormous gigantic untapped ocean resources govt allocates huge budgets to develop land based crops. We can feed Bahamians fish just like Singapore a nation that consumes large amounts of fish.

...the gun and knive and blood eagle stuff sounds too gruesome.....the tourists may instead prefer to see a face off wid conch shell in one hand and coconut husk in the other hand .....and pictures taken czmeras flashing. The most horrible part might actually see two gladiators showing up at PMH and have to wait like everyone else....
.....even the Brazilians are upset with the influx. Apart from the increased secutoty on US borders we have seen more seizures of illegal drugs in the Bahamas.
