Groidal why dont they have a bank account? Having a bank account shows their employers payments, NIB deductions or any other deductions. And which after a number of years would entitle them to receive NIB when they are rligible.
With so many Bahamian employers who msy take advantage of them it would be to their benefit.
By law they can legally have a bank account if they have a valid work permit and legal documents.

Recently seen the Wells Fargo fiasco where to reach targets officers created accounts etc. This was discovered and officers punished.

If a Bahamian bank customer has a problem there is noone to go to except to find money to hire a lawyer who may not want to represent you brcause of not getting future business in doing conveyanves and mortgage documentation, lawsuits etc

Predatory lendong became more focused as banks moved their headquarters overseas where foreigners who knew nothing of the Bahzmian market culture people.
Loan officers were encouraged to give out as many loans to win SUVs or cash prizes or vacations abroad for the most loans given out.
Loan targets were then given to be met or else the loan offocer would not get a met target on staff appraisal for a salary increase.
It is unlikely the applicant ever knew that the loan officer may not have been acting with due care and attention and the likehood og being negligent in using applicantion forms that were not as mathematicslly emcompassing as those now used. Very very simple....look at the loan applications by any outsider surely IF every loan applicant was qualifying then why are they now failed loa ns???
