Members who have elevated positions and have come from the Bar association and fully known of receiving instructions to prepare billions of legal value of mortgage transactions. Financial institutions create "Approved Lawyers List" for usually large groups and bigger than partnerships to do business to prepare bank documentation from instructions. Customer chooses from "List" to represent docume tation. Seldom and much fewer times one chooses to want to pay fee to another lawyer. The bigger more well known firms seem to have unfair advantage over large numbers of lawyers.
This type of commonly done work has been known from decades includong the antiquated Legal using searching bundles of documents, lack of Register Land Registry. Billions of dollars bundles of documents held by Banks usually just seem to have letter of "opinion" of title and seems not uncommon to have same land sold twice.

Senator Sweeting who was not remiss in commenting on the "red water" in the picture from the broken severed water main to island seems a little off in that in picture the water seems more yellow or brown. Red colour water in such a massive burst if red would be serious iron contaminated which may be of serious medical concerns to those users down the pipe and to those before the pipe burst. It is not jus building Hurricane Shelters on high land. This whichin sounds like one crew jus to give crontacts to cronies for not effective purpose. To look at Hurricane Shelters the engineer will look at topography may and other necessary planners. The terrain is analysed so that the flooding of the area does not create the hilltop or later stranded Cay cut off from help for extended unreachable help. They can look at elevating roadways embankments, airport access, hospital access etc, dams excavating areas to funnel, contain, redirect water etcetc and areas to have Shelter that which can have large population to access. High areas now is now affected by channels underwater created last hurricane, dead coral reefs, present abandoned land structures, curtailed construction, placement of new etcetc. Just building on high land seems good but the entire survival of entire island with limited resources needs to go with " in depth" analysis. Nation has already plagued by construction projects design flaws from 2-3 or more cost overruns including half a mountain chapped down in Eleuthera, money spent for white elephant designet Clinic in Cat Island, one Baseball Stadium for some $20 million going on some $50 million, new contractor for seawalls in GB.... etcetcetc

Everyone upset at the hardship island is experiencing because of the collasped bridge. Investigation mandatory if the heavy duty truck was overloaded and weight exceeded bridge load factor and golf cart contributing separate or together. Bridges carry cetain limited loads and exceeding load unnecessary stress causing failure. Old structures have fatigued parts, weakened joints etc. Danger can be avoided or reduced if instead of being overloaded maki g several trips to reduce load, heavy weights can be carried by pontoon avoiding bridge. Many instances there are persons who cause damage to govt public property and themselves common speeding vehicles knocking down light poles, traffic lights, using metal tracked vehicles on asphalt roads tearing it up. All these incidents should be fully investigated and persons held liable if guilty and not stick costs to taxpayers. Thank goodness the driver to truck and golfcart did not perish in this incident.
