Why cant we find a way to improve our electricity flow? We need to lessen dependence on fuel.
Also, it is rumoured that Bahamar has built a plant at significant costs to remove itself from the grid and lower its costs of electricity by 30% using cold sea water but the BEC is refusing to allow them to get "off the grid" now as they need the revenue. Can anyone shed light on these issues?
Know that Mr. Gray is showing himself to be in a very " grey area" but as the country has other problems...
