No, the government shouldn't takeover ownership or operations of FPO. I don't know why the hell they just don't re-open West End or the defunct missile base airstrip. They're both 30 mins or so from FPO and not have to deal with the Whampoa/Port nonsense.

Werent they saying that the Dash-8's load factor wasn't profitable for their current doomestic routes???? They just need to get out of domestic. Focus on Canada, Europe. Ahh, I'd venture to say he burned down the wrong building... prolly should've been his boss house. I dont think his boss would have hd people on the job if he wasnt getting paid from the Gov't. but hey... its we country.
