I'm assuming your comment on the generalization of workers and their work ethic...correct? If so, I have to agree my statement was too broad....however I know, and have worked beside, some hard working, honest, respectful Bahamians...however they are harder and harder to find in this day and time.
Oh poor little Bahamians… Racism?… oh you mean racism that is Brought on by accountability, having to work, responsibility?. Welcome to the real world Bahamian's...go crying to your union mama's and tell what the mean old business owner is making you do now! Am sure there is more to come from businesses (regardless of their nationality or color) on the bahamian worker! I will take one jamacian, haitian over 5 bahamianas anyday...
yada yada yada....heard this same old same crap before.....talking out of both sides of his mouth again.....everyone talks a good game, but no one want's to put "skin in the game" and take responsibility....
And like the rest of "donated goods" to the Bahamas, after the 2 years of parts and service run out it will go into disrepair and decay (thanks to the bahamian govt for not putting funding where it is so desperately needed)....doesn't matter what is "given", it won't be used efficiently, effectively or cared for.....
unfortunately nothing will change until something happens to a loved one or one of these politicians...then maybe, just maybe they will wake up from their long sleep....(they are all like rip van winkle)...sleeping away their life and the countries soul...
Like anyone would take anything coming from the Bahamian Embassy seriously....haha that's a joke... On a serious note, take a look at the "% of murders per 1000" bahamians....a lot higher for sure than the numbers your quoting...and all within a 20x7 island.....hmmm, figures just don't compare.....
When can these people move away from blaming political parties?! It's an issue that doesn't follow political lines....it's everyones problem....time for our politicians to "grow up" and face the music....
dude, tell that to the tourist that get robbed each year or the young american man murdered last year trying to prevent a robbery! Guess all we have to do now is set back and wait as bahamian on bahamian crime increases and the criminals will kill each other off….but then again, Bahamian govt isn't going to tell people to stay away either cause they just like the money too much….
Hmm, lets see. An airline operated by the Bahamian Govt, who has the worse "on-time" record in the industry, in addition to dubious repair records. Yet they want to increase airlift? How about work on the stuff you can't get right presently? Or better yet, get the government out of your house? Hire dependable workers? That might be a good starting point…..
