At 30 it is too late as those energy boosting hormones fade away and relaxstions kick in. We are saddled with generational home training problems. That eventually ends up with our stressed out Healthcare workers and systems facing a personal first response to seek help on a stretcher. The energy placed on vaccinations to the public should refocus on fat, salt and exercise.

He emphasized education the problem is that Bahamians don't understand the meaning of obesity, it is an insult to call persons fat. Personal responsibility for your own health and safety cannot be overemphasized. Covid is person to person hand to nose and mouth, not to mention the sharing of cellphones. It is not common convention that is a popular narrative that vaccinated persons inadvertently spreads to the fat and old people. But Doctor Darville cannot say that. Under Minnis we would be on total lockdown. But we must go forward.
