look at the others in our region ,when you make children faster any GDP can grow ,crime and poverty are the result ,,ie Jamaica ,Haiti ,,its simple math ,,single mothers the norm ,substandard education ,political parties that use emotions instead of sound policy to garner votes ,,vola ,crime ,crime ,crime ,,it really is that simple we have the examples all around us ,,
