And we will continue to beat the hell out of children in anger ,under the guise of "spare the rod spoil the child " teaching them that violence is an accepted form of conflict resolution .There are too many studies to list that show beating children just makes violent adults but here we are stuck in the dark ages b/c a book that also condoned slavery and human sacrifice said it ...

The post office is a dirty stinking mess ,we are in debt as a country ,but we are going spend 9 million through political generals through the inner city as a Christmas bonus ,which in reality the country gets nothing of lasting value ,,,

my god a money give out no one can check ,who can tell if 2 windows are repaired on a house on abundant live road and who lives there ..more ways of teaching ineffiency and dependence on the state ..this money would have been better spent on tv and internet ads for tourism when it gets cold in the north east ,,,,then people would have money to repair there own home .if we keep this up there is no way our dollar won,t be devalued in 5 to 10 yrs ..we can,t not afford to absorb our prolific baby making on the state ,,it really is that simple !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

That is not true ,it is pure xenophopia w/ no facts to back it up .How can 30,000 people ,have as much children as 300,000 people ..yes we do have an immigrant problem but 6 out of 10 kids born here are not hatian ...Of the 6000 kids that graduate a year it would be hard pressed for a 1/6 to be Hatian/bahamian .On the family island i live i can count the Hatian children in the primary school ,i am across from it ,and its not a 1/4 of the students ,plus as i said my girlfriend ,a teacher tells me the hatian kids do better .Rory 6 out of 10 births are not hatian that is pure conjecture w/ no imperical facts to support it ..

my girlfriend is a teacher and yes i live in the 242 ,,thank god for the hatian kids or are collective gpa would be about - i .. and if i walk five minutes in any direction from my house i will pass at least 3 bahamian homes w/ single mothers of 4 to 5 for 3 different daddies and i live on a family island ,,,,,,,The hatians long ago made more babies then their GDP can support ,but we are doing the same ,,,6000 kids graduate a year ,even if a 1000 are hatian bahamians ,there aren,t jobs for the 5 thousand other ,,and then cry to the government to make jobs ,,geez ,i say salt peter in the water ..

In 1987 when our budget was 600 million a year our civil service payroll was 300 million .Sir Lyndon said at the time a country can not survive like this .Now our budget is 1.2 billion and our civil service payroll is 600 million the same ratio .. PGC et all know a country can not survive w/ 1 in 4 people on the public tit .You can not tax the other 3 people enough or borrow enough .The end result in 5 or 10 years is a devalued dollar ..There will be no change in our prolific baby making and public service jobs so i have already taking steps to protect my self in my old age ...Vat will only push back the inevitible devaluation of the Bahamian dollar ,it is as simple as that ,,

Does anyone understand that when 1 in 4 people work for government you have to keep borrowing and taxing .It really is that simple and we have been borrowing since the 70,s to keep it going .When you use the public purse to absorb a prolific birthrate the people that don,t survive off the public purse have to be taxed to death .i t really is that simple ,hai knew it ,pgc knows it but they,ll never tell the under educated masses that ,That would cost votes .............

Bahamian women where i live still have plenty children ,,,,,,,,,The hatian children do better in school w/ out them we would have a 20% graduation rate at our 300 million a year single mothers babysitting centers ..

4000 Teachers ,my word .This is just another jobs program to try and absorb our prolific baby making .This is bec ,rbdf ,zns ,bahamasair ,and btc before it was sold ..When 1 in 4 people work for government you have to keep taxing and borrowing to keep it going .We have already priced ourselves out of the tourism market w/ our stop over declining while others in the region are increasing ..
