Now we have not been able to provide reliable electricity since the late 1970 ,s .Is it worse now yes , is their sabotage now ,, more than likely .Don,t let the union boss or any of his goons anywhere near the 95 million worth of new generators the present government just purchased . These Doctors got an education loan from the government and signed a contract that to pay it back they would work for government at a certain rate .When he says they don't see the education loan , of course they don,t see the cash , part of their salary goes to pay back the loan , when he says they don't see the meal money of course they don,t the money goes to the vendor or vouchers to feed them .However that is all part of their pay in the agreement they signed w the government to pay their tuition .

there is new construction going on ,,the homes r renting on arbnb ,and yes Bahamians own some of the rental places .We also build them ,maintain them ,fix the ac etc .There are two family islands that do well , Abaco and now Exuma . Eleuthera is starting and Spanish wells is getting more guest ..I took out some Italians that I take out every year , they are now upgrading their home w pool and another cottage for rental ,,local Island guy doing the work .Now its going to cool a bit bc the global and U S economy is cooling , but we have high end guest so the coming recession wont be quite as bad .I would tell u personally which Island I live on ,,not on here I don,t have the time to be accosted by some loud mouth "unemployable " know it all when I,m going to the grocery store.
