I live on an island where i see the kids grow up that got the snot beat out of them ,its not a pretty picture as they mature to young violent thugs ..There are too many studies citing the correlation to dispute it .Sitting behind a key board claiming i have a mental condition proves little except that when you don,t like some ones opinion you resort to name calling .

I don,t need this study , i can set under the tree in my family island and listen to the majority of men who think beating 'their ' women is normal .and all the no good dead beat dudes that go on bout'god and da bible say da man is da head of da house "' .I can ask any girl out and 7 out of 10 will say 'what ya ga do for me "

We go on about the politicians being corrupt ,the police ,the ministers ,,they are us ,they did not come from mars ..We got independence and in forty years proved we have no morals ..75% children born to single mothers ,courts stuff to the gills w/ dead beat dads ,85% of sex among young people id transactional ,,ie what you ga do for me ,,,,single moter of 5 for 3 different dead beat dads is the norm ,,geez i like fun but we as a people take very little personal responsibility for our actions ,,the dead beat dads run to their mummies to pay their child support ..

actually b/c we are so crooked we been selling it to them ,,for a coup[le grand i,ll get you a farm labour permit in a month ,,thats all ole stubs used to do on potters cay ,,then once you get their permit if they work elsewhere they got to kick back ,,funny though their kids do so much better in school and are less disruptive

we as bahamians have been selling our country for 40 odd years ,every political general has 5 to 10 work permits for his/her hatian 'slaves ' with 5 or 6 grand i ,ll get you three work permits for farm laborers in a month

in forty years we have proven we can not deliver reliable power at a reasonable rate ,,please let a foreign firm build ,own and operate a power plant and guarantee us a reasonable rate ,,,
