Tod ,how come Nelly was turned down three times to visit the US as a tourist .I was w/ a Chileian lady for 10 years living in Miami .Her father was chiileian her mother was peruvian and none of their relatives had any problem at all visiting the US .IF i remember correctly you could apply for a fiance visa ,,,
