The PLP is getting ready to sell BEC to the Chinese in a deal that will set back solar in this country for another generation. It ain't about what's good for the Bahamas, it's about who can fill the politico's bottomless pockets and these small scale alternatives can't come up with the kind of cash that selling out BEC can.
it is very important and long overdue for women to have equal rights in this country and disgusting (take note Bran) that anyone would consider messing this up because they got some stupid political points to make. The FNM made their point about the last time now lets get on with a good reason to change the constitution for once
Spot on Mudda. Franky Wilson family is in the medical equipment supply business all of a sudden and they need more time to negotiate more money for tehmselves while people dying without intensive care. Some sick sick people
Perry and the boys are confused because they think the truth is whatever the way the wind blows out their mouth. They been telling fibs for so long they believe themselves. Crime is down, unemployment is down, numbers ain't gambling so the referendum don't count, the country need VAT because we going broke but got to increase government spending......next thing is the drug boys are the good guys again...and you wonder why uncle sam is stressing
Large military contracts to small nations are the most corrupt deals you will ever see and the fact that the PLP is purchasing these assets at a time when the country is on the brink of bankruptcy is tantamount to treason. Shame on you Perry Christie for stuffing your pockets with one hand and forcing new taxes on the poor with the other. You will no doubt muffle and contradict the truth but God can see what you do.
In the meantime the US Coast Guard has to donate engine parts and fuel to our forces so they can afford to run the boats they already have
The government and the unions want people employed but all they do is whip the poor guy who create the jobs in the first place. Can you seriously imagine anybody wanting to start a small business and give some man or woman a job and risk loosing your home because of an 'employee benefit'.
