For a.nation that claims to be a Christian Nation, we seem to have very few Good Samaritans. Sink their boats? Really? You want to drown women and children? Some of the comments are just simply disturbing.

Agree totally with this statement concerning btc's profitability being tied to it's monopoly. The other factor at work is the "Taylor Industries" Factor . You have legacy employees that you cannot terminate because of the prohibitive costs involved with.severance compensation. So the.business cannot hire younger keener employees who are familiar with.newer technology and business practices. Zsomey btc employees were hired for political expediency rather than ability. Not all but some.

A women for COP? Great idea, women in this country are way more qualified and hardworking than the men are. A generalization but true. A women will also strive harder to prove herself against the pervasive gender prejudices.

I had understood that the appointment of the Commissioner of Police occurs after consultation of the Prime Minister with the Leader of H.H. Loyal Opposition. I do not think there is any obligation to do so for a deputy. But we must give allowances for political elects who have never bothered to actually study the constitution that governs us all.

The idiocy of the business license tax is well known but the elephant in the room continues to be the cost involved in terminating employees, particularly those who have been employed for a long time, Taylor Industries had a liability of $682,000 to terminate employees. Ludicrous. And if you continue to employ these workers another few years and they reach retirement age then suddenly and miraculously the employer owes them nothing. This situation will lead to many more long standing businesses having to declare bankruptcy because they are insolvent due to this employee termination liability. This is the fault of cabinet ministers pandering to workers at the expense of businesses in order to gain votes and be re-elected. The ministers retire on fat pensions and workers are left with fewer jobs. Socialist policies are great until a government runs out of other people's money to spend. Sigh...…..

Another political wannabe in action? People see how that we march person was able to tap into popular discontent with the perceived corruption of the Christie administration and how he was able to parlay that into a cabinet seat and they think Hey I can do that, all I need is a parade to jump in front of so it looks like I leading......

Why would the honourable Minister feel that he has to make this pronouncement? As well as being a professional politician he is also a qualified medical doctor. Thousands of people are dying from opioid overdoses every year. In many, if not most cases, these deadly pharmaceuticals were initially proscribed by a medical doctor. Now how many people died last year from CNB products? That is correct, absolutely none. Are the medical profession feeling threatened by a product which just may effectively replace the need for so manty doctor prescribed drugs?

To a child the world is simple, night or day and no shades of grey. As we mature and gain experience, maybe even wisdom, we find that every few things are simple. The letter writer is espousing a very simple and easy point of view which is never the less wrong for several reasons; one obvious reason is that he totally ignores the hundreds of thousands of people who are born with both sec characteristics, I wonder what explanation for this fact the writer would provide and how they should be classified?
