If Ifthe officers who shot and killed these men are not sociopathic then they will need professional help dealing with the situation they are now in. My father killed many people in the 2nd world war and spent the rest of his life dealing with the consequences of becoming a killer. Look at the track record of the Educational College Loan program, look at the loan portfolio of The Bank of the Bahamas. People in this country generally will not repay loans unless they have to through mechanisms such as legally binding salary deductions. It is to be noted that these are most freely offered to government employees who cannot be terminated. The commercial banks will loan funds for the purchase of a car because they have a tangible and easily saleable item that they cab repossess. Mr. John Rolle has had a very limited professional experience in the financial world but I will be impressed when puts up some of his own funds for an entrepenurial fund. Any spare money that I had I would invest in the web shops, if only that were possible.

It is sad to see so much anger and hatred expressed but the real history of the human race has always been written in blood. One country, race, or religion seeking to subjugate or exterminate another. My father was sent to fight in a war that he did not want to, my grandfather was sent to Palestine as a battle-field medic as he refused to take up arms and kill people that he had never met, my great grandfather fought in a war. We are so lucky to have been born and to live in a time of peace. Please don't anyone start a war on our Haitian brothers.
The civil servants working for the government in the Inland Revenue and the Property Tax Assessment Office are fiscal parasites, most of then, I suspect, have never had a proper productive job in the private sector where their work contributed to building wealth in our economy and where they had to be productive enough to justify their pay check. It is so easy to sit in the government owned office, driving a vehicle paid for by the government, looking forward to a fairly decent pension paid for by the government, and to decide that Yes, we can squeeze some more money out of these ex-pat owners and private citizens, after all, my salary hhas to come from somewhere and I am certainly not doing anything productive to create it. Government workers, one of the largest of the anchors preventing growth of our economy.
