In any population regardless of country, race or religion about five percent of the population will be sociopaths. Sociopaths do not look or behave differently than anyone else except that they are often smarter than average and lack empathy, they can inflict pain and suffering on others without being troubled themselves by doing so. A sociopath will not usually know that he or she is a sociopath and they can be very successful particularly in those areas where being able to lie convincingly or being able to hurt people is useful. Think politicians, military and even the policeman putting the plastic bag over the suspects head to extract the confession. If sociopaths are well socialized and trained in how to behave from an early age then they do not pose a problem to society. Our society is not doing this for a number of reasons and you can read the results of this almost daily.
Sheeps, are you suggesting getting rid of private education in this country? Not a good idea, it can be seen as elitist but it works well to turn out educated students. Our educational problem is largely due to the standard of child being produced and the diet those children are raised on. Lets ban junk food, sugar, sodas and candies, red meat and see this country transform. You are quite literally what you eat.

If Ifthe officers who shot and killed these men are not sociopathic then they will need professional help dealing with the situation they are now in. My father killed many people in the 2nd world war and spent the rest of his life dealing with the consequences of becoming a killer. I hope the force has a competent psychiatric doctor to help these policemen deal with their killings.
