What about the lawyers.

I heard once one of them said ' I can not go on any longer today as I did not have breakfast this morning.

Then just lass week the guy accused of Mario Archer killing adjourned till the next day because - he hadn't eaten his lunch...
The lawyers are a bigger problems, they always seem to have conflicts with dates...

General Elections ?

Good luck with that one, they have only had a year at the cookie jar and have not quite set up all their side deals and taken care of the cronies yet.

What about the Owls?

Did they remove them as well or just removed their food source (the mice) so they staved to death?

Just wondering?

They said that they were ready to Govern on day one!!!......

They said that they had an answer on crime and that HAI and the FNM did not have a clue.

Then again they said a lot of things on the campaign trail and they put a lot in writing.

They are a dismal failure and have no clue who is saying what or doing what.

Yet they have so many back room under the table deals going on it is frightening...

And now no one is paying their NIB because they don't have to....

Don't worry -- Peter Nygard has a plan that the government is looking at.
It's a deal they can't refuse...

Service and value for money is what attracts tourists AND what makes them come back...

We have high costs, poor service and an automatic 15% gratuity!

And if you are sitting on the beach you get hassled by hair braiders, T shirt sellers and the like.

Great,

Let's do it when the resort is packed.

How about blocking the entrance so that a bunch of them miss their flight home.

Make sure that all the cardboard signs say something good and negative about the management.

We don't need them dam tourists or the jobs that go with them!!!

Presently a yacht on a cruising permit can import al their spare parts duty free and their crew does not need work permits.

If they fag Bahamas then they will have to pay duty of parts and presumably have to have work permits for their captains and crew. Also, they would have to pay 10% duty on the vessel. Florida recently capped the duty at $18,000 no mater what the value of the vessel is.

And before some nationalist jumps up and says that their are Bahamian Captains out of work, it should be mentioned that these are very highly trained and experienced seafarers who have invested time and money in training and certifications. Yes, a Bahamian can do the job but they must have those qualifications and certificates.

This does not make business sense.

"He was contracted by the government last year to lead a national task force on stem cell therapy."

Contracted means 'being paid to lead a national task force on stem cell therapy"

Is he still being paid?

Where are the findings of the task force?

Is he in co-hoots with Nygard?

Will we ever know what he was being paid or what favors he has received by the government?
