The government is taking the same approach to this virus as they have with immigration over the years a half hearted one that appears firm enough to look like they are doing something, but not firm enough to actually address the problem properly!

They still have not explained why the airport and harbor are not closed! It is important to ensure that we do not continue to import the virus while waiting for it to burn out here!

If we have to suffer the inconvenience of restricted movement then a sensible all encompassing plan should be put forth to minimize spread of the virus and that includes closing the airport to flights from Canada, the UK, and states in the US where the virus is!!

Its sad when you can read the first few words of an article and tell who the author is without looking at the end of the article!!

…its kinda stupid to allow people to travel into the country from affected countries WHILE curtailing movement of the local population. The airport and harbor MUST be shut down with immediate effect. Both seem equally as important to me!!

This is the kind of double message that makes it clear that the government is not serious. They are saying they are at "war with the virus" yet they keep the borders open to allow people from affected areas to keep coming in. Such nonsense will only prolong the period of economic recovery as new cases keep popping up. How can they not see this?

I have two questions:

1) Why are people having children they cannot afford to feed?

2) Why does the working class always have to foot the bill when people fail to exercise personal responsibility?
