Hey, Comissioner, you know what makes you seem suspicious? You are telling people not to second guess you. I'm not saying you're a liar, but if I was a desperate liar, that is exactly what I would be doing...just sayin'.
Bahamian businesses should be allowed to hire qualified people, full stop. Hopefully other Bahamians. Sadly, sometimes this is not possible. If that is the case we need to look beyond the borders of our country. Nassau is no longer a one-horse town...where will this outcry be the next time a casino goes up built entirely by foreigners? Also, @SP, what exactly are Phillipians'?
This is just inflammatory garbage. Farrakhan has no idea what he is talking about (and neither does the writer of this word casserole of an article). Black people live in Lyford Cay. So thanks, Farrakhan, between you and Nygard I choose to side with absolutely nobody.
I agree, the notion of overcoming mental illness by a higher power rather than medical science is ridiculous. This whole article is a really long-winded way of saying just a couple of things. And, @nationbuilder, bidis are Indian. Smoking is bad for your health but I'm pretty sure there's no secret Chinese overpopulation warfare going on here.
This is insanity. With all of the issues facing our country, the least we can do is not hamper our citizens from becoming better educated. Maybe Christie thinks if he keeps the people illiterate they can't read about his ridiculous demands for a new PM's residence and Parliamentary building!
He did nothing wrong. He was the manager, not the owner, of that building. The stolen electricity was for an office he had nothing to do with. He is an upstanding, hard working man. This is outrageous.

This is true. I guess we should appreciate that this taboo subject is being brought to light at all.
