Blah blah paradigm shift blah. Until the education system is dragged out of the gutter and teenage Bahamians stop having litters of unwanted kids crime will do nothing but worsen.

I agree 100% with what Mr. Wyckoff said. Also, anyone claiming that there is "recruitment" going on, or that desiring equal rights constitutes an agenda is hopelessly ignorant. It is no coincidence that those nations with the highest happiness indices are the ones that support equal rights for their citizens, including their LGBT citizens. Take a look at the countries that allow gay marriage, and then the ones that don't and have a think about which set of countries we should strive to be more like.

Hypocrites like this make the Bahamas too frustrating a place for educated people to live in. No wonder all of our college educated youth live abroad. The Bahamas has a chance to be a beacon of progression for the rest of the Caribbean region and we choose to backslide and place our name among countries with unequal rights for women and the LGBT community. I guess some Bahamians are supposed to be more deserving of equality than others. What a moron.

@tiger B when Columbus got to the Bahamas there was no marriage. Many Native American (or First Nations for Canadians) tribes recognised gay people as "two spirit" people and held them in high regard. Maybe, just for fun, read a book sometime.

What society is this man talking about based on Christian principles? Not that I care about living according to a book written 2,000 years ago but this corrupt, sweethearting, teenage baby making nation has nothing to do with Christian values. What people do in the privacy of their own homes of their own free will hurts nobody. Tired of these bible banging hypocrites telling people what to do.

This is amazing. Finally some good news out of the Bahamas regarding equality for all.

How can one even pretend to defend something so ludicrous, shameful, embarrassing and downright disgusting? Does he even realise he has a job and the country is in shambles?

Clear out some casino rooms in Vegas! Perry needs some "special meetings".
