What IS the reason for this surge in violent crime, and WHAT is Government DOING about it?

nine months to open a small business account at RBC for an Abaco account. Could not be done in Abaco. Had to be done in Nassau. What a joke.

It took FOUR physical visits to JFK Drive Commercial Banking in Nassau, and over 100 e mails…( they don’t talk ), and NO ONE cared for the urgency to start our business.
Shame on you RBC. The lack of service, pride and integrity starts at the top.Where IS the Bahamian RBC leadership? It is truly terrible.

I’m sorry to say, but working with RBC Trinidad is definitely the way to go.

And check out the security cameras! Fearful that someone might tief it?🤣🤣

That is a seriously ugly tree!
What an embarrassment! It is a good thing that it is incomplete.
What a total waste of $25,000 ( probably more )

So sorry for your experience recently…. Sad that Black Bahamians feel this way isn’t it?

I couldn’t get anyone to help me at CIBC Marathon Mall recently. A very nice, articulate employee pulled me aside, and said “ go to the Harbour Bay Branch, the manager there will help white people… she used to work at Sandy Port”

I hope that you return home again soon, and hopefully you won’t meet Ms Sands again.
P s. Shephen is awesome!

Racist and uninformed comments are unnecessary and not the truth.

Hubert Ingraham created the monster.

There needs to be government incentive ( less taxes) and cooperation for the private sector to develop the blighted downtown area.

It could be so useful, beautiful and income producing.

My family arrived in Eleuthera in 1647 as an Eleutheran Adventurer from Bristol,England via Bermuda.
Our daughter with an American father has been denied citizenship twice, once under 18 yrs and once over 18. 376 years of Bahamian family, still in the Bahamas and she cannot be a Bahamian under the current law. But…. a foreigner who spends enough money in the Bahamas can purchase citizenship. Thank you Mrs Maynard. This MUST change.

Such nonsense.
The illegal guns are being used to kill, not the licensed guns!
The licensed guns should be in a gun safe, away from young children, and individuals who are not familiar with guns.
