Out of their tiny minds! The power has gone to their heads, they are officially insane.

Why not make it a Public flogging whilst your at it!? Just think the tourists will come flocking here to see the floggings. (NOT!)

Bunch of imbeciles can't even see how idiotic this is, as they try to "rationalise the irrational" just like the Nazi's rationalised killing Jews, it is a dangerous mindset, this government has worked themselves into a hysterical mob of Yes Men, trying to out-do each other's shock tactic bullshit rhetoric.

Agree! But WHY is the woman still second class? Because MEN who write the laws are intimidated, they must be to want to keep women down. If they were real men they wouldn't worry about equal rights, equal rights would have been dealt with a long time ago. Another reason Women need to take charge, Bahamian men are not 'ready' they haven't properly evolved yet, but The Women Are Ready!

lol! yes>>>> Open your eyes & minds!

The Bahamas is already being run by women!
Most of the women are carrying the men, most women are WAY more Capable than the men in all departments and in all businesses. Of Course a woman can run this small country, it would be Easy for a woman! They run the households better than the men whilst working, cooking, cleaning, in a bras & heels, holding a baby and balancing the household expenses. Try and get a man to do what a woman does in one day!

Angela Merkel turned the German economy around and now Germany is the most stable in Europe, Margaret Thatcher created a better British economy too, Women just get on with it, instead of the 'male' who needs attention, he just postures and pontificates looking for praise to boost his delicate ego. Women are about caring and nurturing & fixing and Not ego!

PLEASE get a woman to run this country, its is the Only way for a better future, we have wasted so many years, we need a drastic change of mindset to catch up the last 5 'lost years' of the Christie admin.

So sad for all, there must be a way to stop these senseless killings? Everyone is a victim here, even the stupid lost gunslinging child that kills an innocent person.

Maybe try this- http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/saskatche…

No one under 18 can be out in public between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. without supervision by a parent, guardian or an authorized adult.
The bylaw begins with, "No parent(s) shall permit his or her child to be in any public place during the prohibited hours."

RCMP are being asked to warn parents at first, then move on to issuing a $50 ticket and, subsequently, $100 tickets.

They're directed to call Child and Family Services if they can't locate a parent. (More info on the link)

Interesting to know how much these trips cost?
i.e. the transportation details limos and airplane cost, what hotels they stay at (& why), who the PM takes with him. Just a basic day by day accounting and trip report, something that any businessman gives to his employers after an excursion at the company's expense / payroll.

If a photographer goes on these trips why do we rarely see the photos, like when he went to Vegas SLS opening?

What dinners were hosted and why & who was in attendance, what was the outcome / summary feedback on whether or not it was all worthwhile?

Basic's would be nice to know...plus the People have a right to know!

Roadblocks are ok in 'troubled' areas I suppose? However I think most of us already curfew our nightlife and have for years!

And Tourists will Freak the F*%# out if we have curfews! (Golden Goose will die)

Think about it would YOU go on vacation to a place with a curfew!??? !!!

Defending Basic Human Rights is the best way to spend taxpayers money.
The only party that is wasting time & money is the government, they are the ones evading and delaying.

The government MUST be held accountable, it is a sad indication of the government chipping away and destroying democracy. The Bahamian government is blindly heading toward becoming a dictatorship, some think it already is.

We all should be on our knees thankful for any lawyer that's willing to stand up for human rights ....these are all OUR rights too.

We already curtail our own freedom to move around, you imbecile!
Anyone with any sense thinks twice about going out after dark, Nassau is a ghost town where only the degenerates feel safer at night than the good people.

Seriously, this archaic approach has never worked look at the statistics. Start with the community, properly thought out TV / Radio talk shows with crime experts as guests (Not just a bunch of hotheads whining) Schools & Churches etc. education is KEY.

There is no valuable support for the Police from the government, 'Under the circumstances' the police are doing a great job but, they're overwhelmed, they need tangible Resources to do a better job, (CCTV street Cameras would be a good start) Outside help, And a judicial system that Works i.e. 24 hour courts, and judges that do what they are supposed to. And Rehabilitation in the Prison is a no brainer but it is non -existent!!?? Utter Madness??
