This is an excellent letter! It is written by someone who obviously cares for the nation and its laws, someone who cares more than the people supposedly 'running' the country.
What a load of codswallop, it is a 'Breach Of Our Constitutional Rights' when the LAW is not adhered to as well Mr. Munroe, they ARE in Contempt of Court and should be prosecuted. End Of.
Well done Sam Duncombe, a perfect solution on a silver platter!
This is a way to make good of an embarrassing situation, Government would be crazy not to at least review her ideas. The world is watching and judging, the Bahamas true mindset and ethical principles are clearly on show regarding issues such as this.
Mahatma Gandhi 'The Greatness of a Nation and its Moral Progress can be Judged by the Way its Animals are Treated.'
My Condolences to all the families who have lost loved ones to this epidemic of savagery.
Now Calm Down.
Take a breath.

There is only one answer- the judicial system is broken the Laws are not being enforced, the criminals are not being rehabilitated, and the 'leaders' don't have the skills to fix any of it, so let us do what any business owner would do if someone is not performing, Get Rid Of Them!
"Isn’t it ironic, when a “foreigner” fills you with national pride and hope, yet the alleged leaders of your nation fill you with shame and despondence?"
Well said! YES it is Ironic and sad.
I hope the Country of The Bahamas and the young & talented Citizens of the Baha Mar nation stay positive and one day meet their full potential, I hope the Women of the Bahamas have equal rights to the men and I hope this all happens soon.
If everyone keeps speaking-out GOOD words like this, Good will eventually happen.
Why stop here? Why not call out all the delinquent people/businesses etc. that don't pay Property Tax, BEC, Water & Sewerage or any other government entity. Must hold people accountable and prosecute, particularly if it's a large amount that's owed.
“I am confident that we are on the cusp of a stronger, more prosperous and modern Bahamas” "Will all be dead good soon" "It's Friday I'm going to Olives for a drink!" – Prime Minister Perry Christie
Moody’s said "Baha Mar would only affect the Bahamas’ creditworthiness if it was still not open by the second half of 2016." S&P said it did not believe the parties involved could resolve their differences in time for the resort to open for the high season beginning in December 2015. & lowered its credit rating on the Bahamas one notch from “BBB/A-2” to “BBB-/A-3”, the last rung up from the “non-investment” grades, often referred to as “junk”. http://www.globalconstructionreview.com…
