Ummm how about they make a public list of who they're looking for and why? The world has had enough of them knowing the atrocities that are going to happen but do nothing about it or uses it to their advantage for equally sinister quests.
It seems people are completely unfamiliar with the private waste collection options and the mention of simply goes over everyone's heads to instead continue complaining.
Could have a tampon industry in Africa where disposable pads are unaffordablle.
