This seems like a lot of opening everything at once, beaches, hospital visits, downtown. We were supposed to allow few activities at a time to be able to contact trace and determine whether they are safe to stay open if spikes happen.

They have to be round and two-story at the minimum with attics that have escape hatches and ladders.
Honestly, home donations that don't meet new requirements should be banned.
