My first "shut-da-hell-up" for yinna is that there is no 150 years lease!! The current lease is for 25 years. . .with another year 25 years option. . .with 4 more interlucatory options all the way to 150 years !! Toby Smith has no signed agreement with government. . .ccl has one!! Why yinna think that Smith did not filed a Judicial Review? Judicial Reviews requires that some law, official process or just plain skullduggry is being done by an official who is given jurisdiction over a certian public or private activity, before a judge will even consider the request!

Farther more, Smith could have requested an interlucatory injunction to prevent government from signing the agreement with CCL last May I think it was!! AII wouwld have prevented the government from "signing away" that land into an "unbrokeable" agreement with CCL while Mr. Smith took the case to court!! For example, because that land will be unrecoverable in the minute event a judge rules in Smiths favor at some later date. . .the ownership of the land cannot be reversed!!

This case is over! Government can apply to have this case struck out because it is not likely to benefit Mr. Smith.

Davis is a lawyer. . .he knows what time it is!!

Appoint him for what?? pgc, haa & ham. . .let them stay gone!!!! They have all ready passed their "used-by" dates!!!

After all. . .their lease is not for 150 years. . .it has a 25 years duration. . .with multiple "options" for ending their relationship if either the government or RC wants out. . .for any reason. . .usually if the business een giving them plenty money like they expected!! Yinna should check some of them other deals made by government with other companies them!! For example, our current PM was "involved" in the baha mar lease deal that was "fixed" so the Chinese Government "own" thousands of achers of government prime land if the developer defaulted for any reason!! As night follows day. . .them Chinese them "saw that big hole" in that agreement and took steps to "make sure" the developer defaulted in short order!! Them Chinese them got the owenership of that land and then lease "they new land" to another Chines company. Bam! Bush crack. . .land gone!! I like Mr Davis so far. . .but this "swing" is so blatant. . .even Doc Minnis can see through it!! The hands is quicker than the eyes here!! Lol!!

I know of a white man who "leased" crown land on west bay for 99 years. Don't let people them "talk fool" around yinna heads. . .that lease "moves" in 25 years chuncks!!

Even if a Bahamian judge and the appeal court uphold such an unlikely ruling. . .the Privary Council will never do so!!! Case in point. . .TCI broked down shanty towns on crown lands!! That ruling will support the Bahamas Government broking down these here!!

You must remember that the young minister Rolle "only responded" to old minister Rolle started talking fool!! He is no match for the young lady in the "credibility wars". . .she can only respond to public "exposures" of informations that are directly "tied" to her ministry!! She never "went on the attack". . .she reported to the nation. . .something that "made the peoples dem hate Minnis" and his government because they refused to do the same!!

This man just don't "get-it". . . he carries on

I guess until the mister "brings" some evidence, we ger "go with" Minister Pia Rolle. . .she seem more credible than the mister "swing"!

How many of these GGs persons we have now. . .knowing that everytime we "get" one of these they get a pension after they are finished as GG?
