I hope you could find where those free tuitions where. . .teachers scholarships, grants in aids and a few technical scholarships were available. . .like any other schools around the world. . .but all the rest of us had to and still have to pay our own tuition. Teachers are the only ones given full tuition, books and monthly stipend of $500 to attend UB and train as teachers and work for government schools for at least two years after graduation. there are no other such scholarship available at ub. . .period! you are out right lying here. . .

His party was blind-sided by his speech in the HOA. . .yet he says that his community is supporting his decision? What about his FNM constituents? Did he represented their view. . .they voted for him! This sounds just like a power play going on in the FNM. . .perhaps that's why the tribune calls them rebels. . .
