The AG is the AG for the Bahamas. . .not for the plp! ag Pinder should never made that statement. . .he and the Speaker of the house are "blood oathed" to the people. . .never to "show bias" for PLP or FNM. . .if they do. . .this shows poor suitability for those "sensitive" jobs!! These two jobs really. . .all other government politicians usually show "they bias" in plenty they do or say!! We "een on they run" when they do. . .but the speaker and the AG are not given such latitudes. . .they are for justice and fairness for the social health of our nation not any political party!!

This law cannot be enforced after Nov. 13. . .without Article 29 of the consitution gives "broad" emergency powers as it conveyed to Chapter 43. . .EPA!! For example, under EPA the CA can mandate mask wearing based on powers given by Article 29 of constitution. . .AFTER the GG/CA has made an EP proclimation!! That's the only time the police can arrest for not wearing a mask!! So, if there is a 4th wave and we need lock down. . .this government must reactivate Chapter 43 to mandate emergency orders or they will not have any other means of mandating marshal law. . .or competent authority!! This new law cannot tell a Bahamian "you carn meet with so and so". . .or "go here or there" when the constitution says yinna have freedom of association or movements. . .except Article 29 of the constitution allows Chapter 43 to establish marshal rule. . .hence the CA!! If article 29 do not activate chapter 43, this new act cannot control our behaviour. . .the constitution will not allow any other law to do so without it gives it such powers through article 29!! This one ger be long jack!!

The new act has no power to declear an emergency order. . .Article 29 of the constitution says that the PM becomes the CA after an emergency is decleared by the GG!!

Well, at least this new govenment team at the MOE seem to be "working" with the unions and teachers and technical workers at that department. Half of the battle is won. . .unlike the last MOE and director Taylor's "childish" approach to management!! I do believe Hanna-Martin will make a marked difference in how things are done over at that department!! That director is at the "fish or cut bait" point. . .he seem to be the greatest problem in poor performances in the deaprtment for best-fit in our education system.

There is no more room for "politics". . .keeping a misfit and incompetent persons in leadership just because their "family, friend or lover" is connected to PLP or FNM parties. . .those days are gone!! The director of education seem to be "the log jam" that prevents any good reform in our education system!!

This young lady "gives" me some hope for this government! If she "stay the course" and don't let party politics cloud her judgement. . .she has a long road in politics!! I like her common sense approach to things!! She smart too!!

Darville say he did all the work with the vaccines after they come in government. . .like ween know them vaccines them were gotten almost one year now!!
